Description
Manages the Food
Services operation of Remy, Disney Cruise Une's classical
fine dining , 80 cover, restaurant
⢠Organize& the sealing ch art and also seat guests
⢠Liaises with the Chef de Cuisine on matters relating to food quality
standards,
guest requirements, guest comments, special dietary needs, etc
⢠Overseas the wine selections and food pairings in partnership with the
Sommelier and the Asst Wine and Beverage Manager
