Coordinate front of house food and beverage new hire orientation
· Oversee and design departmental training
programs & training materials
· Ensure the Service Excellence Training Plan
within the Beverage, Quick
· Service and Dining Room is in place, being
followed and completed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate
the front of house Food and Beverage new hire orientation; provide
support and assistance to Crew
· Design departmental training programs and
associated materials
· Maintain Responsible Vendor Training and
tracking
· Responsible for the completion of the
Training Verification Statements
· Ensure all Crew complete United States
Public Health classes; schedule all
returning Crew for a refresher training
· Responsible for the development of food and
beverage product knowledge
· Schedule weekly assessments; monitor and
report outcomes
· Monitor all service standards; audit
restaurants on a daily basis
· Carry out GSM breakdowns and individual
GSM/PPD analysis on embarkation
days
· Track and log all training requirements
· Informs returning Crew of departmental
changes while Crew were on vacation
· Evaluate Service Excellence team performance
· Conduct and facilitate weekly Service
Excellence meetings
· Order micros cards with partnership from IT
for embarking Crew
Minimum experience and qualification
requirements for position:
·
Minimum two years in a managerial
training and development role
Contract length: 4 months on/2 months off
