Position summary
Description
Manage and deliver
all Guest special requests and dietary needs within
section of Dining Room
⢠Actively work to achieve higher service standard& including identify
unsatisfied
Guests; perform Guest service recovery as needed
⢠Ensure that there are sufficient supplies of restaurant stores and equipment,
and conduct periodic inventories and inspections to ensure correctness and
proper storage
Minimum experience and qualification
requirements for position:

minimum two yearsâ experience as a
Head Server
Contract length: 6 months on/2 months off
